内容:你好! 我们是河南的游客,一家人从湖北过来,提前预定了陶大湘湖校区芬妮概念酒店入住。现在反映几个问题。第一,初三早上8点我们全家五人去餐厅就餐(按时是7点至9点)竟然一点饭菜都没有了。每人一小碗稀汤面条还是限量的,经多次交涉,负责人只是不置可否,38元的早餐的结果是大年初三我们饿了一早上。初五早上就餐仍旧是这个点,热菜没有,有几个咸菜,油条是吃剩后重新油炸的。餐厅上面明明挂个牌子“食馄饨和面条请提出”当我这个老年人想吃时,年轻的面点小师傅只顾玩手机,根本不睬人,当我大声说话提出时,年轻人极不耐烦,我找来负责人,又是几声敷衍。这样的餐厅,这样的服务员,这样的服务态度实在令人费解。第二,我和老伴住8321房间,第一天厕所就不通,快晚上10点多了,打电话到总台一直没有人接电话,再打几次一个男的说通知服务员马上到,结果没有到,在 再打电话时该男说话毫不客气“现在房间那么多需要帮忙的,你再等吧!”无法啊!人有三急,我只好自己找来通厕工具,溅了两脚臭水,暂时顺通。谁知,第二天回来仍旧屎尿满满,老夫无奈,只好再次当了一回清厕工。第三,晚上10点钟房间就停热水,客人无法洗浴。本来我们是奔着旅游名城来消遣的,结果没有想到名城里面还有这样差的酒店。其他小问题就不说了。希望你们认真调查处理这些问题。不要做名不符实的旅游店。 一名退休老年人邹福民。 2019年2月9日11点10分
